A monthly, in-person gathering in Bucks and the Chilterns for creative founders, freelancers and leaders to brainstorm, problem-solve and back each other’s brilliant ideas.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
Ever felt like you’re in the wrong room?
Ever left a business event feeling smaller than when you walked in?
You didn’t go it alone to build an empire. You did it for the freedom, the variety and the joy of work that’s yours. But the business world doesn’t always leave a seat for that, so you end up comparing, doubting and feeling a bit lonely.
I’ve been in that room. In the early days of self-employment I told someone I had no plans to scale and sell. “Oh, a lifestyle business,” they said, and walked away. I felt so small.
And even in the friendly rooms, with great speakers and lovely people, you can leave inspired but still holding your own messy, half-formed idea. Nobody’s there to help you work out what it means for your work.
So I’m creating the room I wish I’d had.
How it works

A members’ WhatsApp group keeps the conversation going.
Once a month, up to 20 of us gather for two hours, in a cosy venue or sometimes out in nature. We chat, brainstorm, solve problems and support each other, with creative exercises I’ll facilitate. A members’ WhatsApp group keeps the conversation going in between.
No pitching. No pretending everything’s brilliant when it isn’t. Just encouragement, honesty and the odd, beautiful tangent.
You’ll leave with new ideas, more confidence, unstuck projects and people who get it.
