About Georgie Sears
Hello, fellow path wanderer.
If you’re here, my guess is you’re feeling stuck. Drained. Maybe a bit overwhelmed and full of self-doubt.
I’m Georgie. I’m a coach for creative, wild-at-heart folk who are done with the beaten track. I’m also a multi-passionate woman with neurodivergent traits, so I know that boxed-in feeling well.

“Throw some colour on. Walk the other way.”
The voice I finally listened to
I heard the voice. I didn't listen.
Creativity called me for a long time. I ignored it.
I did jobs that drained me. I made safe and sensible choices and let go of what once brought me joy, like music, sewing and crafts. I wasn’t fulfilled, but I couldn’t see another way. I had responsibilities.
Then, one sunny Thursday in May, my inner voice shouted. I was shuffling along the platform at Marylebone with hundreds of other commuters, my head full of to-do lists and my hand on my belly where my first baby was growing. I looked around and realised we were a sea of black, grey and blue, moving like herded sheep to another day at the office.
“Throw some colour on,” cried the voice. “Walk the other way.”
I didn’t. Not then.
It took three more years of suffocating jobs, ignored instincts and, finally, a painful, stress-related slipped disc before the switch flipped.
The quiet that changed everything
The doctor signed me off for a week. In the quiet of those days, I read, reflected and gave myself permission to just be. And I knew something had to change.
So I began to follow my thread. I signed up for a foundational coaching weekend I’d had my eye on for ages. It turned out to be the first step of my Co-Active training. I also tried tin whistle lessons, painting and crafts. I went wherever my curiosity led, and I felt alive again.
I haven’t stopped. If anything, I’ve ramped it up. Now I make my own clothes, write poetry and run a spoken word event. And as a mum, I’ve learned that investing in my own expression is one of the best gifts I can give my family.
What I believe
You aren't the problem
Feeling stuck and worn down isn’t a character flaw. It’s the cost of squeezing into a box that doesn’t fit.
You already have the answers
I’m not a guru. I don’t know what you should do, but I know you do. Coaching is like releasing a bottle stopper and letting out what was there all along.
Creativity is essential
It isn’t an indulgence, and it isn’t selfish. When you express yourself, the joy ripples outwards to the people around you. The world needs that more than ever.
Come as you are
I celebrate every wild, wacky and weird part of you. I’ll also never gloss over what’s difficult. Together, we’ll build strategies that suit your brain, not the other way around.
How I show up
I don’t “help” and I don’t “empower”. I partner with you. I’ll be your guide, your cheerleader and, on the days you can’t believe it, the person who reminds you what you want and why it matters.
I take the craft seriously, even if I don’t take myself too seriously. I’m accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and certified by the Co-Active Training Institute. I’m currently completing further ADHD coach training with PASSHE, because many of my clients have neurodivergent traits and I want to support them in the best way possible.
I keep investing in training and supervision, because I love it, and because you deserve a coach who never stops learning.

Are we a fit?
We’re probably a good match if you:
Feel a pull towards a more creative, colourful life, even if you can’t yet say what it looks like
Question the way things are done
Are ready to reflect and take action
Like a coach who takes the work seriously but not herself
We might not be a fit if you’re after someone to hand you a step-by-step plan or tell you what to do. That’s not my way.
Let's dial up the colour
In choosing my own path, I found freedom, confidence and permission to try without expectation. I invite you to dial up the colour in your world, too.
The first step is a no-obligation 30-minute chat, so we can see whether we’d be a good fit.
